Tuna is a new and junior reformer pilates instructor graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science. Her love from helping people developed early in hospitality roles since the age of 14, and by beginning her own fitness journey at the gym in 2022, she wishes to help others achieve pain-free movement and regain balance in their bodies through the versatility of pilates. From working as part of the environmental team in construction, she developed rounded shoulders and a poor posture from desk work which she aims to focus on stretching in her classes, and building a stronger foundation in supporting muscles to help correct this posture.
In her spare time besides hitting the gym, Tuna likes to slow down her days by playing the harp, reading, crocheting or cooking a new recipe to suit her nutritional needs. With a love for sports and keeping active, she switches between bouldering and badminton each week, and has recently picked up running. She’s constantly searching for ways to improve her lifestyle and hopes she can make a difference in yours.
